Bending
Steam bending for tight/compound curves; laminated pressing for stable, repeatable runs. Wood is most plastic at 20–25% moisture.

Drying & Finishing
Controlled drying to below 12% moisture keeps spring-back to just 1–4%. Sanding, finishing and QC to ±0.5 mm.
